Eco-Dynamics is proud to announce the Indonesia Endangered Species Forum, an international environmental symposium to identify opportunities in preserving Indonesia’s biodiversity and natural habitats by bringing together internationally renowned scientific and environmental organisations, international and local NGO’s, Indonesian and US government officials, and representatives from the private sector. The Forum is part of Eco-Dynamics’ mission to promote cooperative programs between private, non-profit and public sectors to drive progress in environmentally sustainable development and corporate responsibility.
The symposium aims to:
- Highlight the role of the private sector in preserving biodiversity and habitat through sustainable business development practices and effective CSR programs.
- Raise awareness of the best applied science, approaches and practices in sustainable development and conservation management.
- Catalyse partnerships between public and private sectors, and non-profit organisations.
It will feature key speeches and panel discussions by local and international luminaries from Former Vice President of Indonesia Mr. Jusuf Kalla, former US Secretary of Defence William S. Cohen, The Smithsonian Institute, Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF), Freeland Foundation, as well as various representatives from private sector companies. Panel discussions will present showcase expert commentary and direct engagement with the audience. Eco-Dynamics’ inaugural Action Initiatives will also be the key highlight of the forum.
